California State Route 139 fit in modulo grid before 1964?

I wish CA 139 would of fit in the route in Southern California instead of Northern California before 1964?--4.255.51.113 (talk) 01:44, 14 September 2011 (UTC)

Why did CA 139 became a route in Northern California in 1946?--4.255.51.113 (talk) 01:46, 14 September 2011 (UTC)

GA review (see here for criteria)

  1. It is reasonably well written.
    a (prose): b (MoS):
    • Is it possible to add the mileage along CA 299 to the length in the infobox instead of having the note (plus about 21 mi (34 km) on SR 299)?
    • The sentence "This was close to the present SR 139, with notable deviations via Hayden Hill, via Bieber and Lookout, and via Malin, Oregon (as Tule Lake covered SR 139's current location)" sounds awkward.
    • The sentence "(The portion south of Horse Lake Road became an extension of Route 20 instead;[16] this route from Susanville to Ravendale (later Termo) was never constructed by the state, and was deleted from SR 36 in 1998.)" should not be in parentheses.
      • All done. --Rschen7754 06:07, 10 January 2012 (UTC)
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (references): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR):
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects): b (focused):
    • Can a sentence about the physical surroundings of the route be added to the lead?
    • The route description is awfully short for a route of its length? Can some more detail about the physical surroundings and points of interest be added to the route description?
    • The physical surroundings are already mentioned. Otherwise, I tried to add some more detail... but this is a route in extreme Northern California, and there just isn't much of note in that area. --Rschen7754 00:54, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:
