Notability[edit]

If you Google "Cambridge Consultants" and select "news" there are bazillions of results in major tech publications covering innovations developed by Cambridge Consultants. It is not clear to me whether these help to establish "notability" or not, as the articles do not cover *the company* extensively but do cover the *technology developed*. To my mind this should help establish notability, but I am not sure if others agree. If they do, I can easily add many many more such cites - as it is I added a few (in the Innovations section) to give a flavour. Llamatronic (talk) 19:10, 22 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Is notability indicated by the very large number of links in wikipedia articles to Cambridge Consultants which are now showing red?

A suitable reference showing the central role of Cambridge Consultants in the creation of Silicon Fen is the 1985 work 'The Cambridge Phenomenon' (Segal Quince Wickstead) (see https://www.abebooks.co.uk/servlet/SearchResults?isbn=9780951020203&cm_sp=mbc-_-ISBN-_-all ). It details that the majority of firms in the Cambridge tech cluster can be traced to Cambridge Consultants roots. I don't know the procedures for re-instating Cambridge Consultants as an article, and I don't want to do the wrong thing, but this does need to happen! Anyone able to assist? Thanks
