i live in an Italian neighborhood, last night I wore my grandmother's cameo and several people commented on this piece and finished the statement with godbless you..does the cameo have some symbolism other than a beautiful piece of art? 66.135.34.11 02:25, 11 November 2005

Cameo proof coins belong here?[edit]

Why would they? That's another topic entirely. Why ruin a perfectly fine article which I found very informative.

Does the description of the "cameo" effect on coins really belong with the description of jewelry cameos?
