The MoS deprecates (for good reason) very short sections, specifically mentioning the undesirablity of single-sentence sections. The details of awards fit perfectly well in the summary, and make the article look much tidied. The same goes for other, similar articles. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 10:16, 10 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright/Sampling[edit]

I think this song sampled "Make It Last Forever" by Keith Sweat. The song's instrumental was "produced" by Teddy Riley and the song was released for Vintertainment/Elektra records. Mariah Carey's "Can't Let Go" instrumental was produced by herself and Walter Afanasieff and was released for Columbia Records. If you just listen to the begining of Keith's song and you listen to Mariah Carey's song you'll immediately see that the two are simliar. --Sprite7868 (talk) 01:39, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It did not sample the song. Carey was in fact sued for plagiarism for the song (not sure if this is the one), and was dismissed from court. I guess its not too similar.--CallMeNathanTalk2Me 07:26, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It definetely sounds like "Make It Last Forever". The first seconds are almost identical. She sampled it in "Thank God I Found You" too. – Cannot (talk) 15:40, 22 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
