Sources are biased.[edit]

"Anyone can create a website or pay to have a book published, then claim to be an expert in a certain field. For that reason self-published media—whether books, newsletters, personal websites, open wikis, blogs, personal pages on social networking sites, Internet forum postings, or tweets—are largely not acceptable." --That is a snippet from Wikipedia policies on Sources. This article is an advertisement. The sources are much too biased, you are using the CBA itself as a source? Words like "Public policies for a sound banking system." according to whom? The CBA itself? That is not a reliable unbiased source.
