Extended-confirmed-protected edit request on 9 April 2024[edit]

Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East have a history of promoting antisemitic conspiracy theories. After the horrific attack by Hamas on innocent Israelis on October 7, a board member for CJPME Ghada Sasa, claimed that IDF killed Israelis at the Nova music festival, amidst other false claims regarding the Hamas attacks on October 7.

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. B3251 (talk) 18:50, 9 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You accuse CJPME of antisemitism but have failed to provide appropriate citations. Furthermore, you say that Ghada Sasa "claimed" such and such, yet these arent Sasa's allegations. See: "According to the police, the investigation also indicates that an IDF combat helicopter that arrived to the scene and fired at terrorists there apparently also hit some festival participants." [1][2]
Even IF your allegations are true re: CJPME being antisemitic, CJPME is merely one of the subjects of discussion in this wiki article. I do not understand how restriction of the edit function relates to or addresses this issue. 2605:8D80:13B9:6A00:704B:D053:C968:C999 (talk) 19:48, 16 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I already responded to this comment, which was subsequently closed due to not being an actual edit request. This talk page is to discuss editing and for non-extended confirmed users to make edit requests to the CJPME article, please have discussions about CJPME itself elsewhere.
