Kevin Wise[edit]

Just to confirm (to anyone wondering) that Kevin Robert Wise was indeed a candidate for both Canberra and Fraser at this election. I cannot find the date of the amendment to the Electoral Act rendering concurrent candidacies illegal, although it's reasonable to assume it was part of the reform package of 1984.
