Human right or civil right?[edit]

Which source actually calls cannabis rights a human right? [1] source calls them a civil right, fair enough, but civil rights=/=human rights. As in, civil rights are a subset of human rights, but we should be precise. Yes, the description civil rights is more specific than the expression human rights. That marijuana consumer rights are civil rights is well established, as you've noted. And at least one of the sources, Prohibition, Religious Freedom, and Human Rights: Regulating Traditional Drug Use, contends that cannabis prohibition might violate human rights.
