Copyright violation[edit]
As the creator of this article, I would like to thank Mr. Fred Lobb for his great work of translating these folktales from Chinese languages to English. All of the English versions of these stories have been the work of Mr. Lobb. All I have done were (1) to handle the technical procedure in creating this page and (2) to copy the content from his blog to here. Credits should therefore primarily go to Mr. Lobb. - @Prince-of-Canton: You cannot simply copy content from elsewhere to here; you would need the author's permission to do so. Please see WP:DCP for more information on donating copyrighted materials to Wikipedia. Further, this article shouldn't just repeat the folktales, but explain how they are notable as shown with independent reliable sources. 331dot (talk) 09:56, 28 September 2017 (UTC)

- @331dot: Alright, I have just deleted the copied content. I will now write something about the overall characteristics of Cantonese folktales and then give a list of the titles of the stories. Is this acceptable? Prince-of-Canton (talk) 10:04, 28 September 2017 (UTC)
- OK, I have removed the deletion tag as the copyrighted content was removed. If you are writing an article as you state above, you could use the blog as a source, you simply can't copy it here verbatim. Even a small quote here or there would be OK if properly cited.
