Founding date

One editor had a founding date of 1754, but Venezuelan history books give a founding date of 1569 (refounding 1572), which is more consistent with the other towns in the area. User identified by IP 201.248.132.193 called attention to this conflict in the 24 January 2006 edit. I have confirmed the earlier date, as well as the name of the Morere River.
