Lost baggage claim AMSLH39197[edit]

Our luggage (2 pieces) has been lost since June 21, never arriving at Amsterdam Airport. We filed a claim at that time and have had no response since then. We had a 10 day European vacation with no clothes. We had to take time away from enjoying the sites to shop for clothes and toiletries (for which we expect to be reimbursed).
