Casein in Recipe[edit]

The Millan 04 reference given to justify the chemical composition of Casamino acids provides the composition for natural casein, not hydrolyzed casein. The numbers are therefore in error. Note, for example, that there is still significant trp in the mixture whereas the main body of the article claims that trp is nearly completely destroyed.
