2014 Update

Never having had any dealings with the company, I came across several articles about it online yesterday and was fascinated by this whole story. After having read a dozen stories about this company's notorious business practices, I came to Wikipedia to see what was written here.

I found a very biased, poorly written, verbose, and largely nonfactual article.

I've made a variety of edits today, including removing dated information about proposed advertising efforts and a number of links to the company's website. I've added a few more recent articles describing how the company ended up after 2009 (which was the date of 90% of the citations when I first read it) to add neutrality.
