Questions about Material[edit]

What are the Progymnasium and Realprogymnasium- are they specific? What is (pro facultate docendi)? What is a 'high school career at the university', and what are 'habilitation' documents? This is very vague- do we have any information on {The faculty approved his plan but it failed because of the Berlin government for reasons unconnected with the subject.}?
