Added a minor point about the presence of catch lights in anime. I believe that this is trivial, but deserves mentioning due to the general recognition of the phenomenon without knowledge of the term to describe it.

Picture[edit]

The image is a bad example of a catchlight. As the article intially says, a catchlight is a specular highlight. An entire view reflected in the eye, as in the example image, is just a reflection, not a catchlight IMHO. Samatarou (talk) 21:19, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It is a light source that does cause an image in the eyes. Perhaps not an ideal example but a valid one. I may have the opportunity to make an example of this. The ring flash from a macro set makes for a decent catch light and I have one on the way. Chillum 04:00, 11 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
