Paradox[edit]

‘In 2007, the foundation was ceremonially laid by former President of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova, himself a Muslim.[2]‘. How exactly could Rugova laid the foundation in 2007 if he died in 2006? I think there’s been an false inference that he did so in 2007 due to the source being from 2007. Looking more closely, the source itself does not mention him laying it in 2007, but instead in an unspecified year. ArbDardh (talk) 13:47, 2 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
