The article needs more information on the art (painting, crafts, etc.) side of the festival. I'm aware of the Jazz portion and was in the COTA cats for a few years. But admittedly, I'm not the expert on the subject, I just know that COTA deserves a page on Wikipedia. Please expand the article. The expansion tag is unneccessary in this case, but it could use a section or two on the history of the Art portion of the article. BrianZ(talk) 21:36, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
