Mayor of Istanbul[edit]

Many people will know Cemal Topuzlu more because he was mayor of Istanbul twice than because he was a surgeon so this page is not properly balanced. Lacks basic biographical material which needs translating from Turkish. The List of Mayors of Istanbul is also unfortunate since he simply numbers the pre-Republic mayors without giving their names so that there is no link from it to Cemal Topuzlu's page.
