Satellite dishes[edit]

~~Receiving information from satillite is not restriced.~~ There are a lot of satellite dishes on the buildings. But connecting to the networks by satellite requires some hard_to_get licence. Orphaned references in Censorship in Belarus[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Censorship in Belarus's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Wikipedia editor arrested in Belarus for violating Russian law[edit]

"Prominent editor of Russian Wikipedia pages detained in Belarus," Yahoo.

"Authorities in Belarus have arrested and detained ... one of the top editors of Russian Wikipedia.... Bernstein was reportedly accused of violating the "fake news" law Russia passed in early March by editing the Wikipedia article about the invasion of Ukraine.
