Timing doesn't make sense[edit]

Hello. I don't have time to properly research this, but something doesn't add up. The article claims that Edmond De Rotchild bought the property in 1973... buuuut he died in 1934! One of these two facts is wrong. Observer31 (talk) 22:29, 4 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
