JAXA[edit]

It should be mentioned that Chofu is also used by JAXA's Mitaka Branch for research flights. I do know that at least two Airplanes are stationed there, a DO-228 and another (a Beech, I think). JAXA uses a Hangar on its own Grounds, thus the planes have to cross a public road to get to the runway. −−60.43.39.240 (talk) 05:46, 1 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It's interesting and unusual that there is no IATA code assigned. I suppose there is no need for one since all flights are internal? Yet many airports with only internal flights do have their own IATA code. Gentleman wiki (talk) 02:39, 1 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
