It does sound a bit like a revival of tired light theories of Zwicky? He was looking for mechanisms for photons to loose energy over time through interaction with other particles. This has traditionally been ruled out based on 1. objects not blurring, 2. supernova red-shift luminosity curves fitting a hubble law, and 3. the black-body spectrum of the CMBR has been so well maintained under cosmological expansion? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.203.49.113 (talk) 07:17, 8 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
