adaptor[edit]
It seems to me that in much IBM documentation, this is channel to channel adaptor (with an o), though at some point changed to adapter. Should we at least have a redirect for it? Gah4 (talk) 04:26, 9 November 2017 (UTC)
- I've been back and forth on adapter/adaptor. Probably a good idea to have a redirect when the word is part of the title, as it is here. If IBM hadn't changed the spelling it would have been better. For anything no longer marketed we should use the spelling from the documentation, for something like the CTCA we're stuck. Peter Flass (talk) 13:11, 9 November 2017 (UTC)
