Update Content in final paragraph[edit]

"In 1998 he joined Airbus as Vice President of Sales for Eastern and Southern Europe and the C.I.S., and was appointed Head of the A380 Programme in 2001. In a management reshuffle in 2007, he assumed the position of Executive Vice President of Airbus Customer Services. [2]"

I work with Airbus and can see that this paragraph is inaccurate and out of date. Charles Champion became Vice President Sales for Eastern and Southern Europe and the C.I.S in 1997 rather than 1998. And he has served as Executive Vice President Engineering since 2010.

I suggest that the final paragraph in the article is replaced with the following content, which is based on Charles Champion's current biography on airbus.com. Given that I work with Airbus I'd appreciate if someone else could look at this and update appropriately.

"In 1997 Charles Champion joined Airbus Industrie as Vice President Sales for Eastern and Southern Europe and the C.I.S (Commonwealth of Independent States) being in charge of Airbus' commercial activities for some 25 countries. From 1999 until end 2000, he held the position of Product Executive for Airbus Single Aisle Programme, before being appointed Head of the A380 programme, until the successful certification of the A380 in 2006."

"From 2007 to April 2010, Charles Champion was Executive Vice President in charge of Customer Services, responsible for the support of all Airbus aircraft around the world and for the development of services for Airbus customers."

"Charles Champion was appointed Executive Vice President Engineering in April 2010. In this role he is responsible for research & technology, overall product architecture and concept development, the design office, integration & flight-testing and continued product airworthiness." [1]
