With the redevelopment of Plymouth city centre, most notably the demolishing of Charles Cross car park. this article needs updating.

split article[edit]

The current article size is 38kb, which is longer than the suggested 32kb limit. I propose that the section on Dr. Robert Hawker be split off to make up its own wikipedia article.
