Just want to verify his Formula 3 results[edit]
They seem to be a repeating pattern of 1-2-3-1-2-3 for the entire season, in order. That is odd and I just want to verify that this isn't placeholder text or something. Thanks. Jasphetamine (talk) 06:14, 27 March 2018 (UTC)
- Everything is fine. Corvus tristis (talk) 06:20, 27 March 2018 (UTC)
- I've attached the race numbers to the heading without breaks to remove this confusion in the table — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.62.211.93 (talk) 22:50, 11 June 2018 (UTC)
- I've reverted the change because it makes the table (a) excessively wide and (b) inconsistent with all the other Euro F3 driver results tables. Despite the OP's apparent confusion, when you compare this table with the other results tables in this article, I think it would be fairly clear to most readers that the numbers 1, 2, 3 are part of the race identifiers, not race results. Making this the main "Charles Leclerc" article[edit]
I think it is time to make this article the automatic redirect for Charles Leclerc, rather than the French general. This is since Leclerc now is going to be an official Scuderia Ferrari driver, with the stature of that team making him one of the most famous racecar drivers, and therefore having a significant contemporary WP:Notability. This would render him the most likely search target for anyone looking for the name "Charles Leclerc". I think the solution is to make this page the main page for "Charles Leclerc", moving the general to "Charles Leclerc (general)" and have a disambiguition link to the general on this page. I hope there are no issues with it, and if that is the case I can make the switch within 48 hours.

Image change and Credit[edit]
I have updated the image at the top of the page to a more recent one from the 2022 Austrian Grand Prix . Many thanks to Lukas Raich for providing this image--MKL123 (talk) 16:42, 5 January 2023 (UTC)
- Revert. It would be nice if we actually can see him instead of long shot where you can't even see his face.Lobo151 (talk) 17:14, 5 January 2023 (UTC)
FIA Pole Trophy[edit]
Was Leclerc actually awarded the FIA Pole Trophy in 2019 and 2022, as indicated in the infobox? I'm not disputing that he scored the most pole positions in each of those seasons, but Pole_position#Pole_position_trophy says "In 2018, the FIA Pole Trophy was discontinued and replaced with the Pirelli Pole Position Award, where the polesitter at each race as awarded a Pirelli wind tunnel tyre with the name of the polesitter and their time."
