Untitled[edit]

Hello! I can't edit this page as I am an employee of the Rhodes Trust, but I wanted to flag some news:

1) Fact correction to the page - total fundraising during Charles' Wardenship was £250million - £150million was to secure the endowment for the pre-existing scholarships, and £100million for expansion to new Rhodes constituencies.

2) The number of Rhodes Scholarships have expanded during Charles' Wardenship from 83 to 100. This includes for the first time Global Scholarships open to any country around the world which is not already a Rhodes constituency. News of this went out today: [1]

3) During his Wardenship, Charles has advocated for more collaboration and convening to happen at Rhodes House and within the Rhodes Scholar community - promoting the idea of a Fellowship of fellowships and moving from a focus on the individual to a focus on what the community can achieve together.

Many thanks Wikipedians, (Babettet (talk) 17:17, 19 February 2018 (UTC))[reply]

Maintenance template[edit]

I will try to check for biases, and eventually remove the maintenance template. --Magnus Manske (talk) 13:55, 9 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of PR/News article tag[edit]

I am changing a few things on the page so it doesn't seem so sensationalised. I'm going to leave it a couple of days before I remove the tag so if anyone else has any suggestions for how we can improve the page please leave a note here or on my talk page. Editing for tone[edit]

I have begun editing the piece so that it sounds less like a press release and more like an encyclopaedia entry. I propose moving all mention of publications into the new publications section. If anyone else has any suggestions please get in touch with me here or via my talk page Pug of the day (talk) 10:48, 1 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Maintenance[edit]

I have edited the page so the information contained is up to date. I have also adjusted some phrases so it does not read like a CV or press release. If any furthur changes are required please advise. Pug of the day (talk) 15:44, 3 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
