I propose that this article be moved to Alexander Chekov, in accordance with the revelation of this character's first name... (why didn't anyone know this!?). Your one true god is David P. A. Hunter, esq. III Talk to me! 13:50, 4 August 2006 (UTC). P.S.: If no one replies to this within two days I shall go ahead and do the move anyway.[reply]

Hold one second...when was his name reveiled as Alexander? I don't recall ever hearing him named as such. -- Huntster T@C 16:02, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've never heard "Alexander", either. Do you have a source? JBK405 18:42, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Alexander[edit]

Let me add a little bump, hopefully someone is watching this page out there that knows for sure... Where has it ever been stated that Chekov's first name is Alexander? I can recall no episodes to date. This needs to be confirmed or denied, as people are beginning to make the name change in other articles. -- Huntster T@C 21:02, 7 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • I always thought that this was so, and upon asking my friend he agreed with me. However, I realise that there is doubt. Therefore, I am going to sit and watch EVERY episode of Stargate just to verify it. I'll get back to you in a year. lol.

lmao, sounds like something I'd do. Either way, until confirmation by one way or another, how about we not use "Alexander" for entries, eh? And if you do come across an instance of it, remove it for the reason of "No Source Listed". -- Huntster T@C 14:54, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    • Yeah cool. Fair enough. Sorry to create this muddle-up. David P. A. Hunter, esq. III Let us to it, Pell-Mell 14:13, 16 September 2006 (UTC) 8 days have passed, and I've watched no episodes yet. Lol. The more we expand that list of which episodes he's in, the easier it'll be for me to check.[reply]
