Picture

I was amused to find this article. I still had a ChexQuest CD lying around, which was cracked, unfortunately, making it unplayable, but it still seemed good enough for a picture, so I took one and uploaded it. --PlantPerson 14:19, 21 November 2005 (UTC)

It's a video game. I think it's up to the individual people but I can't really see classifying this one under food even if it's also under video games. Soap Talk/Contributions 07:02, 4 July 2008 (UTC)

Errors

There are a number of factual errors and assumptions in this article (eg the comment about GZdoom) . Some of them seem to derive from the author primarily playing Chex Quest on a Doom source port. A number of the things mentioned simply would not be apparent with the original chex exe. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.69.101.90 (talk) 22:16, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

Chex Quest 3 realease by original Chex Quest artist

Charles Jacobi, the artist of the original Chex Quest, has released Chex Quest 3, a stand-alone combination of 1 & 2 with updates and a new episode added. Since this is probably the most official sequel there is, and fan-made sequels/mods are mentioned, this should also be added to the article.

Windows

How was this ported to Windows? Does it just use any of the standard Windows doom clients or was a specific Windows version produced? 2fort5r (talk) 17:29, 20 September 2009 (UTC)

Major rewrite planned

Frankly, this is a terrible article. It contains inacurate information, has very few sources, the sources it does have are unreliable, and the bulk of it is stuff only a chex quest supergeek might care about. I intend to start from scratch and write a much superior article. Pi zza314159 (talk) 03:26, 26 November 2009 (UTC)

Still working on the article. School and other things have been keeping me busy. I have found six reliable sources, and am currently working on writing the article. Pi zza314159 (talk) 01:35, 6 December 2009 (UTC)

Excellent work so far. Thanks for your help with this. -Thibbs (talk) 01:43, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

Website

A newspaper article stated that http://www.chexquest.com was the URL. At http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.chexquest.com I haven't found archived copies of the website... WhisperToMe (talk) 23:40, 30 January 2011 (UTC)
