How Many Episodes?[edit]

How many Chickenman episodes are there? According to the article, there were 195 episodes in the original 1966 series, 52 in the 1973 series "Chickenman vs. The Earth Polluters", and 65 episodes in the 1977 series "Chickenman Returns For The Last Time Again".

That equals 312. But the very next paragraph tells us that there are 273 episodes. The 273 number is confirmed by Orkin's website. Is this Chickenmath?

It is. Actually, there are 220 regular and 54 weekend episodes which sum up to 274 episodes (not counting the 25 "specials"). I once bought the official 14 CD collector's box and was stunned to realize that episode no. 2 was missing completely (I recorded them all from the local AFN radio station in the days of my youth). The "official" sum of 273 (as stated on Dick Orkin's website) is wrong since it ignores the missing 2nd episode. I wrote a mail to the creator of the series in 2004 and I even attached an mp3 file of my own AM recording of that missing episode as a proof of my statement, but I never received an answer. --Zonebattler (talk) 12:34, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Overseas broadcasts[edit]

The show did make it to South Australia at least - I recall hearing it on the radio in my teen years in the 90s. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 219.90.167.117 (talk) 13:38, 3 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

EPA?[edit]

Did the show have an actual relationship with the Environmental Protection Agency or was that just a gag? Thmazing (talk) 22:11, 15 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
