Describe "Chick Lit", rather than just give an example.[edit]

"Chick Lit" needs to be described or defined here, its essential characteristic described - not just stated to be exemplified by something. This description will be useless to anyone (such as myself) who does not know what Bridget Jones' Diary is.

I would change it myself, rather than just make a note here for (presumably) someone else to do it, but I am not sure enough of what Chick Lit is myself to attempt this. M.J.E. (talk) 02:00, 24 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
