I believe that company is China Steel Corp (in Taiwan) not China. please refer their website http://www.csc.com.tw/indexe.asp

I did not see "November 1, 1974, CSC began to build its factories" in CSC website. Please confirm the date again. CSC is a public listed company so using the word privatize seem a bit confusing.
