Happy Happy Happy

You may have seen him around in Chinatown, (yes, he's the Happy Happy Happy man.) and I would like to know whether it is OK to put this image on the Chinatown article. See below right: Goodshoped35110s 04:54, 7 October 2007 (UTC) File:Happy Happy Happy.jpg

It would be inappropriate to put Mr. Happy on the Chinatown page.

Semi-protected edit request on 22 August 2015

I believe there's a misspelling on the page; section 4.1 is entitled "Onstitutions" when it should probably read "Institutions". I was going to fix it but the page seems to be write-protected. Thanks! Nacuff (talk) 23:59, 22 August 2015 (UTC)
