It seems as if this listing was made relatively hurriedly after the site was discovered in 1997, and before more details were known, because it's very vague and out of date (on missing historical details) for a QHR entry, as the local council's page and this Gordon Grimwade journal article on the site make clear.

Among other things, the temple wasn't built until 1904, following a failed attempt in 1897, which is much later than the QHR implies. The Grimwade article, besides nailing down a number of dates and such, also has much more detail about the fabric of the site. This is one case where the article could really use a thorough rewrite away from the QHR content and including other sources, but it's a bit big a job for me.
