Name of the page should be "chondritic uniform reservoir"[edit]

The acronym "CHUR" stands for "chondritic uniform reservoir," not "chondritic unfractionated reservoir." I guess this sort of means the same thing, but the name is simply not accurate. It was named by DePaolo and Wasserburg (1976), "Nd isotopic variations and petrogenetic models," Geophysical Research Letters 3:249-252, and this definition is used in all authoritative sources (see Gunter Faure's Isotope Geology or chapter 4.2 in Alan Dickin's Radiogenic Isotope Geology, which is available online.

I am changing the name of the system on this page, but it will be tricky to move the page because someone has unfortunately put a redirect page up at the page of the correct name and I am not sure about the correct procedure for fixing this. I will look into it later.

Amended: After reading the guidelines, I have nominated the correct page with the redirect for speedy deletion to be replaced by this page. 02:31, 30 January 2014 (UTC)
