Article should be reverted back to 16:58, December 21, 2013 to the previous version before user "Balablitz"[edit]

User Balablitz did not improve article instead of asking for changes or making them himself on a page that was created as a start-up class which states it would like suggestions for improving the article, he simply marked it up not improving a thing, while taking down valuable information....giving him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he does not understand that Wikipedia is a community driven encyclopedia - Please discuss ways to improve article and revert back the previous version of this edit ->(cur | prev) 16:58, December 21, 2013‎ Balablitz (talk | contribs)‎ . .
