Olympic records[edit]

Judge ratings do qualify as "olympic records"?

The table marks Shaun White's gold with an OR. Is it fair to equate marks in referee-rated events with hard evidence of the fastest time or with a win in a duel? After all, subjective scoring systems change regularly (as they recently did in figure skating). NVO (talk) 06:51, 18 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed it, as far as I know the only Winter Games sport the IOC only recognises Olympic records for is speed skating Basement12 (T.C) 16:05, 18 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

References[edit]

Where possible try to reference events with a source other than the official Vancouver 2010 website as most of its pages will be taken down in a relatively short space of time. Thanks Basement12 (T.C) 15:21, 18 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Removing the "This article may need to be updated" template[edit]

I will remove that template, as the page is up to date. 70.171.224.249 (talk) 17:50, 25 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Next Olympics[edit]

For the next Olympics, maybe we should also post interesting non-final results especially for multi-day sports like hockey and curling. Angry bee (talk) 19:17, 25 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Day 1-17[edit]

I had to fix up the Days, as Day 1 occured on February 12. Skiing occured during the day of Opening ceremonies. GoodDay (talk) 15:45, 27 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
