Year of birth non-independent sources[edit]

The copyright statement here, Copyright © 1957-2011 by Chuck Taylor suggests a birth year of 1957. This is a 2011 archive of a page that appears to be controlled by the subject of this article. This April 18, 2009 archive.org copy of his LinkedIn page says he was 51.
