I've addressed 1. 3 is irrelevant - there are numerous things that are really only relavent in Pennsylvania, but that doesn't mean it isn't notable enough for Wikipedia. It wasn't an AfD (and I should have caught that in the section above), just a notability prod. I removed the prod after you mentioned above that you would merge this article into the Civil Air Patrol Ranger article. — Huntster (t @ c) 23:31, 1 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
