Outdated article[edit]

This article is outdated, given that a new Civil Procedure Code was approved in 2015, and has been in effect since March of 2016^[1]. It should be updated based on the new Code and expanded upon, as it doesn't cover the enforcement of judicial decisions or the process of appeals.
