Adding Five Peaks Garden?[edit]

On one hand it may be confusing because it's not globally recognised as a UNESCO heritage site like the others, on the other hand, since the AfD I filed it's been updated to indicate it's notable due to being a regionally culturally protected artifact and is administered by the same government organisation.
