Can we get some cover art? --Masssiveego 07:12, 6 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Over two years since you asked. Somehow I think that means if any exists onn the web, it ain't free. Digifiend (talk) 14:11, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Anthology = 60 Years?[edit]

By Anthology do you mean the "60 Years" annuals, which are in fact older than Classics itself, having started in 1988 as the (untitled) Golden Years series (the name Golden Years is derived from the name of the first book, "Fifty Golden Years")? Digifiend 09:27, 5 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I initially thought that too, but the editor who added that bit revealed it is indeed a seperate publication on my talk page. See here. BillyH 09:42, 5 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have a book published by Geddes and Crosset of about 256 pages, culled from the pages of Classics and the Best of Topper and Beezer. I forget what it's called, and as far as I know, it's a one-off. AndyB 12:14, 9 July 2007 (UTC) the 256 page book is called: Dennis and Gnasher and Friends Cartoon Capers, and it was first published in the year 2000 talk[reply]

editor[edit]

Can we find out who the anonymous editor is? I suspect it might be ex-Dandy editor Morris Heggie, as he's the current Thomson archivist. However, I don't know for sure. Digifiend (talk) 09:52, 28 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

70 Years books[edit]

Do we have an article for the Golden Years/60 Years/70 Years books? If not, I think we should create one, listing all the titles (similar to the cover descriptions on the other annuals pages). Digifiend (talk) 09:54, 28 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
