correct the information concerning the background of Judge Clayton Greene, Jr. judge Greene became a judge in 1988. He has served at each level of the Maryland Judiciary: District Court , 1988-1995; Circuit Court, 1995-2001; Court of Special Appeals, 2002-2004; Court of Appeals, 2004-to present. His was appoint administrative judge for the District Court in Anne Arundel County in 1990 and in 1996, he was appointed as the 5th Circuit Administrative Judge for the Circuit Court until his elevation to the Court of Special Appeals in 2002.
