Kenny's death[edit]

Not deserving of a section of it's own. It's not a plot arc, or "mini-plot", it's a piece of the plot that takes a minute to happen. Giving it it's own section simply reiterates the plot in too much detail.

DVD intros[edit]

An American cannot see the UK DVD episodes and vice versa, in this case simply stating "watch the episode" is not possible. A cite is needed.
