The stadium wont be UEFA Elite Stadium (5*)[edit]

If the projected capacity of the stadium is slightly over 30,000 then this stadium will certainly not be and elite five star stadium. A stadium has to have at least 50,000 seats to become a 5 star stadium according to UEFA. reply: check the new rules, a stadium should be around 30.000 and something to be a 5 star stadium.
