Dicklyon deleted this spoon from "cochlear" because he couldn't find it in the linked articles. That's because I didn't properly link them. The cochlear spoon is actually in the List of types of spoons rather than in the spoon article. Also, I just added it to the Eastern Orthodox Church article in the Holy Communion section. But best of all, I just discovered the Spoon (liturgy) article, where cochlear was not mentioned until I added it.
