Same pattern[edit]

Characters 'D' and 'E' have the same pattern ??? {{subst:unsignedIP2|14:15, 10 November 2006‎ (UTC)|80.146.217.194}

This article is a copyright violation[edit]

Almost word for word from here: [1] —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.157.104.124 (talk) 22:58, 27 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

I agree, this does seem to have verbatim text from the source you state. I have rewritten the article to remove the violations. Caltrop 14:29, 31 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edited module width[edit]

The module width quoted was 0.065 inches. This does not agree with the cited reference for that section which says 0.0065 inches. The latter certainly matches my experience of this code in the real world. It has the finest lines of any code I've come across. This is half the width of the supermarket product codes. But I can't agree with the stated 11 characters per inch. My calculations suggest that it should come to almost 14 characters per inch, perhaps dropping to 12.5 if you use a lot of the additional punctuation characters. This figure of 11 seems to be widely acknowledged, so for now I'm going to assume that I'm missing something and leave it alone. David ORourke (talk) 14:03, 14 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
