The article is well written, Compliant with WP:MOS and is very concise. I give this category a Pass.

Verifiable with no Original Research[edit]

A thorough look at the reference list shows zero WP:SPS, so that's good. All information presented in the prose is in fact verified by a WP:RS. No original research was seen in the article. No plagiarism as far as I can see. Quotes are attributed, everything is cited, I give this category a Pass.

Broad in it's coverage[edit]

The main aspects of the topic are properly adressed. It stays focused while giving a good amount of detail (Although not an innapropiate amount per the summary style). I give this category a Pass

Neutral[edit]

Due weight is given, no bias seen, Pass.

Stable[edit]

No edit warring or massive changes seen recently. The edit history does show some minor vandalism but it has been swiftly reverted. Pass.

Use Codman's maiden name[edit]

Given that Codman was a woman of great wealth and independence, and she commissioned and made the decisions about her home and this support building of stable and apartments by herself, I have changed references to her to use her maiden name through the period of these buildings. She made these decisions, as well as commissioning a house in Newport, nearly two decades before her marriage at age 69. Don't take away her own name and history.
