Precise Definition

Collusion is a conspiracy (between or) among equals (people or entities with something in common), usually for monetary gain. An example is if piano sellers (equals) collude to increase prices. When conspiring they must be leveraging their equality (the fact that they are all piano sellers), an equality that is not shared by everyone (ie: not every person or human is a piano seller), for it to be collusion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.130.89.169 (talk) 14:49, 16 September 2013 (UTC)
