I've just made some changes to the page to help de-advert it. Mostly this is by removing information. A shady picnic area? Bah Humbug, tell me the oldest piece of equipment they have. What is the newest piece that is of historical significance? A few places I was able to reduce redundancy and wordiness by rearranging sentence order. Some group has been along for some amount of time and is focused on... great, put it in their article. The HO scale in the basement is open Tuesdays 'til 9PM? Funny, every time I've been there I've been able to stick my quarter into the machine and watch the default route, despite the fact it wasn't Tuesday. If it is meant that a member of the HO group is there to allow you to do your own switching then say that instead. How big is the HO scale layout? Does that make it notable? When did they obtain the property to the East and complete the loop (and build the round house)? I remember that on the days the engine was being operated, it was merely forward & back since the rails ended in the northeast corner of their land. Location?[edit]

It may have a Golden mailing address, but maps show that it's physically located in unincorporated Jefferson County. Golden's municipal borders in the museum's immediate vicinity are limited to Colorado State Highway 58. postdlf (talk) 21:45, 27 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
